FAQs

1. Do you offer monthly 24/7 memberships? 

Answer: Not at this time 

2. How do you come up with your cost for classes?

Answer: We try to make classes about 1/3 the cost that it would be to hire a personal trainer per session

3. Why do you limit class sizes per sessions?

Answer: We have strict standards of quality at The Iron Chapel. When we have too big of classes our quality standard starts to drop. This is where injuries can occur and this we do not want to happen under any circumstance. 

4. I have never lifted weights before, can I start now? 

Answer: YES!! The team at The Iron Chapel firmly believes everyone, no matter age, gender, size etc, should and can lift weights safely and effectively. There is no time stamp on how long it may take, but the results speak for themselves.

 

5. I have a history of surgeries/injuries, can I do class? 

 

Answer: YES!! Due to our small size and obsession with quality movement, we can modify movements and even minimize any issues resulting from surgeries or injuries. 

6. Can strength training help my chronic pain?

Answer: YES!! Not only do we have countless members that will attest to this, there is tons of literature on the subject. The key is "quality before quantity". 

7. How long are all classes

Answer: Roughly 1 Hour 

8. I want to burn fat. What is the best class to help me long term?

Answer. Learn and Burn. Cardio is a great way to burn some calories quick but building lean muscle mass over time burns more calories per day and changes the definition of your body

9. What is the age limit to train at The Iron Chapel? 

Answer: All appropriate ages welcomes. Those under 18 must have guardian/parent sign the waiver form
