Our Method

1. Assessment

118164721_183511486517770_70701093908457

Every new journey starts with assessment. Upon your first session, we walk you through a simple assessment to find any possible limitations or injuries you may currently have. Common movement patterns we see are weak core/glutes, scapular/thoracic spine mobility issues, foot stability, and ankle mobility issues.

Once found we show you some warmup movements to be performed every day before class. The key is if the assessment was accurate after a few weeks the added warm up will not be needed.

2. Education

Anyone can write a workout on board and say go. Part of the service we offer is teaching you why. Why do we program the things we do? Never executed a dead lift without pain before? No problem, we are here to help break things down step by step if need be. We love teaching so please try and stump us!

3. Grind

Here is the tough part, we can only help you so much in reaching your goals. "The Grind" is all about you. Showing up to each and session and giving 110% time is on your shoulders. We are here to support in all aspects including nutritional support if its called for.

We also have a great referral network for specific nutrition needs, Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, and Massage Therapy
